Looking for something exciting to give Dad for Father’s Day? At Edmonton International Raceway in Wetaskiwin, we have a Test Lap Stock Car Test Drive experience. Come cheer Dad on as he takes to the paved oval NASCAR Track. Our Stock Car Race School offers a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience where Dad will learn how to drive like one of the pros. An in-depth training session provides the foundation for an adrenaline pumping drive around the track, followed by a photo of Dad in front of the car and two complimentary tickets to one of our Saturday night races. By completing the Stock Car Race School, Dad will also be eligible for an Official NASCAR license, and will receive a gift package and personalized license card from NASCAR!
If watching is more his style, get him tickets to a night out at the races, where he’ll enjoy watching the Stacker Cars, NASCAR Super Stocks, Thunder Cars, and more. During intermission, indulge with Dad in your favourite concession treats, or get decked out in some of the many NASCAR souvenirs available for purchase. You can also enter in contests, such as our Junior Racers contest, for a chance to win great prizes. After the race, you and Dad can meet your favourite drivers and snap a picture with our adorably furry mascot Ricky Doggy. While basking in the memory of your time at the races, be sure to check out our YouTube channel for exclusive, behind-the-scenes content.
Experience NASCAR in your neighbourhood by buying Dad tickets to our most exhilarating event of the season, the NASCAR Pinty’s Series Alberta Has New Energy 300 Race on July 22 and 23! During our two day event, you and Dad will get to watch NASCAR Stars like DJ Kennington, Scott Steckly, Alex Tagliani. That’s 300 laps of door to door race action, the only stop in Alberta!
